The invention provides a composite wall body. The composite wall body comprises a vertically-arranged composite stand column, an inner wall body unit and an outer wall body unit, wherein the inner wall body unit and the outer wall body unit are arranged on the two opposite sides of the composite stand column correspondingly; the composite stand column comprises a supporting keel made of steel material and an auxiliary supporting member which is installed on the supporting keel and made of aluminum material; the inner wall body unit comprises a first supporting frame and an inner wall panel arranged on the side away from the supporting keel, and the first supporting frame is installed on the supporting keel; and the outer wall body unit comprises a second supporting frame and an outer wall panel arranged on the side away from the supporting keel, and the second supporting frame is installed on the supporting keel. The composite stand column comprises the supporting keel made of the steel material and the auxiliary supporting member made of the aluminum material, so that the composite wall body provided with the composite stand column has reliable stability and meets the requirement for light weight of the composite wall body in the market, and less dust pollution is generated.
