The invention relates to a reinforced filling wall structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a frame structure, a wall and a reinforcing structure, wherein the frame structure comprises a top frame beam and frame columns arranged on the two sides, and the frame beam and the frame columns are connected to define a containing space; the wall is built in the containing space; the reinforcing structure comprises at least one vertical reinforcing structure arranged in the height direction of the wall and at least one transverse reinforcing structure arranged in the length direction of the wall; and the vertical reinforcing structures and/or the transverse reinforcing structures comprise a plurality of sets of wall penetrating tying pieces perpendicularly penetrating through the wall, connecting assemblies arranged on the surfaces of at least one side of the wall, connected with the wall penetrating tying pieces and forming an enclosing area on the surface of the wall, and composite material layers covering the enclosing area of the connecting assemblies. Parts of the connecting assemblies are fixed into the frame beam or the frame columns.
