The invention discloses a prefabricated stair splitting and mounting method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, stair beam concrete is poured to the shelving elevation needed by a prefabricated stair, and a plurality of positioning bolts are pre-buried in lifting lugs of a cast-in-place stair upper-layer stair beam and a cast-in-place stair lower-layer stair beam; secondly, the stair is composed of a plurality of prefabricated staircase plates which are transversely arranged side by side, a plurality of prefabricated stair plates are sequentially hoisted and arranged between the cast-in-place stair upper-layer stair beam and the cast-in-place stair lower-layer stair beam, positioning holes are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the prefabricated stair board, and positioning bolts of a cast-in-place stair upper-layer stair beam and a cast-in-place stair lower-layer stair beam are inserted into the positioning holes in the upper end and the lower end respectively during hoisting, so that the upper end of the prefabricated stair board is fixedly connected with the cast-in-place stair upper-layer stair beam, and the lower end of the prefabricated stair board is fixedly connected with the cast-in-place stair lower-layer stair beam; and thirdly, positioning holes in the upper and lower ends of the prefabricated stair board are filled with grouting materials. The prefabricated stair plate can be transported, hoisted and installed more quickly and conveniently.
