The invention discloses an elevator shaft tool type safe operation platform and a construction method thereof. The elevator shaft tool type safe operation platform comprises a plurality of cantilever supporting structures which are arranged on an elevator shaft shear wall and located on the same horizontal plane, a closed working platform plate arranged on the cantilever supporting structures and an operation frame arranged on the closed working platform plate, and a plurality of lifting rings are arranged on the closed working platform plate. The construction method has the beneficial effects that according to the scheme, the cantilever supporting structure is used as a mounting foundation of the closed working platform plate, an additional support does not need to be erected in an elevator shaft, the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the closed working platform plate can be lifted upwards layer by layer along with the construction period through the arrangement of the lifting rings so as to be reused.

本发明公开了一种电梯井工具式安全操作平台及其施工方法，包括若干个设置在电梯井剪力墙上且位于同一水平面上的悬臂支撑结构、设置在悬臂支撑结构上的封闭工作平台板和设置在封闭工作平台板上的操作架，所述的封闭工作平台板上设置有若干个吊环。本发明的有益效果是：本方案利用悬臂支撑结构作为封闭工作平台板的安装基础，不需要在电梯井内搭设额外的支架，有利于降低施工难度，通过设置吊环使得封闭工作平台板能够随工期逐层向上吊装而得以重复利用。
