The adjustable combined building formwork comprises a mold plate base; a cavity is formed in the mold plate base; a double-rotor motor is arranged in the cavity; output shafts at the two ends of the double-rotor motor are fixedly connected with lead screws; the two ends of the mold plate base are slidably connected with demolding main control pieces; one ends of the lead screws penetrate through one ends of the demolding main control pieces and are in transmission fit with the demolding main control pieces; each demolding main control piece comprises an L-shaped sliding plate; and one surface of each L-shaped sliding plate is fixedly connected with a main traction rod. After the lead screws are driven by the double-rotor motor to rotate, the two demolding main control pieces drive two main formworks to be away from or close to each other, and then two auxiliary formworks are driven to be away from or close to each other under the cooperation of supporting rods and demolding auxiliary control pieces; and after concrete is condensed, the formworks can be conveniently separated from the surface of the concrete, the mounting and dismounting speed of the building formwork is increased, the building construction efficiency is improved, damage to the formwork is reduced, and repeated utilization is facilitated.
