Prefabricated concrete pool wallboard structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a prefabricated concrete pool wallboard structure based on ultra-high performance concrete connection and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises prefabricated wallboards, a cast-in-place bottom plate, a wallboard and bottom plate post-pouring connecting section, a wallboard and wallboard post-pouring connecting section and a strip-shaped formwork, wherein each prefabricated wallboard further comprises prefabricated wallboard vertical steel bars, prefabricated wallboard horizontal steel bars, an outer protruding bracket, inner threaded sleeves, wallboard bottom anchoring steel bars, a wallboard bottom mortise and tenon joint, wallboard side edge anchoring steel bars, a wallboard side edge mortise and tenon joint and the like. According to the structure, the mechanical property of the post-pouring connecting section can be improved, the anchoring length of the steel bars is reduced, and the concrete wet workloads on a construction site are reduced; the contact area between the ultra-high performance concrete and a prefabricated wall body is increased, the seepage path is prolonged, and the waterproof performance of the fabricated pool wallboards is improved; and mounting and dismounting are convenient, and the workload of on-site formwork supporting is reduced.
本发明提供了基于超高性能混凝土连接的预制装配式混凝土水池壁板构造及其施工方法。所述构造包括预制壁板、现浇底板、壁板与底板后浇连接段、壁板与壁板之间后浇连接段、条形模板;所述预制壁板还包括预制壁板竖向钢筋、预制壁板水平钢筋、外凸牛腿、内螺纹套筒、壁板底部锚固钢筋、壁板底部榫卯接口、壁板侧边锚固钢筋、壁板侧边榫卯接口等。本发明构造可提高后浇连接段的力学性能,减少钢筋的锚固长度,降低施工现场的混凝土湿作业量;增加超高性能混凝土与预制墙体之间的接触面积,延长渗流路径,提高装配式水池壁板的防水性能;安装和拆卸便捷,减少现场模板支撑工作量。
