A base is installed on a door plate, an operation handle gets close to or away from the base with a rotating shaft as a fulcrum, then a rotary knob originally needing to be rotated is changed into the operation handle which is pushed and pulled up and down, use is more convenient, when the operation handle is attached to the base, the operation handle is fixed by a locking mechanism and cannot be away from the base, and a locking effect is achieved; after the locking state is released, the operation handle is pulled upwards, the operation handle pulls a linkage handle to be opened with the rotating shaft as the fulcrum, a transmission block is linked to move upwards along a sliding groove, after a transmission rod connected with the transmission block moves axially, a lock pin on the transmission rod is separated from a lock catch on a door and window frame, and the opening function of a cabinet door is achieved; and transmission of the whole transmission block is achieved by pulling the linkage rod through the operation handle, original gear and rack transmission is replaced, the problems of tooth disengagement, tooth sliding, tooth breakage and the like are solved in the using process of the plane lock, transmission is more stable, larger loads can be borne, and the plane lock is suitable for large-specification cabinet doors.
本发明涉及一种平面锁,基座安装在门板上,操作把手以转轴为支点靠近或远离基座,进而将原本需要旋转的旋钮改为上下推拉的操作把手,使用更加便捷,当操作把手与基座贴合时,操作把手被锁止机构固定,使其不能远离基座,实现上锁效果,当解除锁止状态后,上拉操作把手,使操作把手以转轴为支点拉动联动把打开,并联动传动块沿滑槽向上移动,使与传动块连接的传动杆轴向移动后,使传动杆上的锁钉脱离门窗框上的锁扣,实现了柜门的开启功能,整个传动块的传动通过操作把手拉动联动杆实现,代替了原本齿轮齿条传动,使其使用时不会脱齿、滑齿断裂等问题,使用传动更加稳定,也能负载更大载荷,适配大规格的柜门。
