The method comprises the following steps of continuously detecting an indoor environment, and obtaining a detection parameter according to a detection result; acquiring a preset alarm parameter interval, and judging whether the detection parameter is within the preset alarm parameter interval; and if the detection parameter is within the preset alarm parameter interval, sending first alarm information to user equipment, wherein the first alarm information is used for indicating the validity of a temporary door opening password, and the temporary door opening password is generated according to the first alarm information. When an indoor accident is detected and an alarm needs to be given, the temporary door opening password takes effect, and a user can give the temporary door opening password to a trusted person to open the door lock, so that the indoor accident can be handled in time while the anti-theft safety is ensured.
