The invention discloses an energy-saving irrigation device applied to landscaping engineering management. The device comprises a water storage mechanism, a water pumping deceleration strip and an irrigation mechanism, and the interior of the water pumping deceleration strip is of a cavity structure; a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which communicate with the cavity structure are arranged at the two ends of the water pumping deceleration strip correspondingly, the water inlet pipe communicates with the water storage mechanism through a water inlet one-way valve, and the water outlet pipe communicates with the irrigation mechanism through a water outlet one-way valve. Wherein the water pumping deceleration strip is arranged across a municipal road surface, when the water pumping deceleration strip is rolled by external force, stored water in the cavity structure is squeezed to the irrigation mechanism for spraying; when the shape of the water pumping deceleration strip is recovered, negative pressure is generated in the cavity structure so that the water storage mechanism can supply water to the cavity structure. According to the device, the water pumping deceleration strip is arranged across the municipal road surface, rolling of a vehicle is used as power to automatically spray and irrigate urban landscaping plants, an external water pump is not needed, the irrigation effect is good, consumption of electric energy during irrigation is reduced, and more energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
