The invention discloses a preparation process of a shield mud material for shield construction, and belongs to the technical field of shield engineering materials. The preparation process comprises the following steps: 1) taking the following components in percentage by volume: 90-95% of synthetic clay mineral and 10-5% of plasticity regulator; and 2) adding the synthetic clay mineral into a stirrer, adding water of which the volume is 5-6 times of that of the synthetic clay mineral, and stirring by the stirrer to form a mixed solution. The periphery of the shield body is filled with the shield mud, disturbance of tunneling vibration of a shield tunneling machine to surrounding stratums can be blocked, friction with surrounding soil is reduced, and the effect of reducing thrust of the shield tunneling machine is achieved; in case of emergency conditions such as ground surface settlement, shield tunneling machine head planting and water gushing in shield construction, the filling shield fixing mud can be used for carrying out emergency treatment such as stratum stabilization and water stopping; and in the small turning radius construction of the shield tunneling machine, the over-excavation part can be filled through injection of shield fixing mud, it is ensured that the over-excavation part is formed, and the shield tunneling machine is assisted in turning.
本发明公开了一种用于盾构施工的盾固泥材料的制备工艺,属于盾构工程材料技术领域,包括如下步骤:1)按体积比取如下成分:合成粘土矿物90%~95%,塑性调整剂10%~5%;2)在搅拌机中加入合成粘土矿物,并加入体积为合成粘土矿物体积5~6倍量的水,搅拌机进行搅拌形成混合溶液;本发明通过盾体外周填充盾固泥,可阻隔盾构机掘进的震动对周边地层的扰动,减小与周围土体的摩擦,达到降低盾构机推力的效果;在盾构施工中遇到地表沉降,盾构机栽头,涌水等紧急状况时,可以使用填充盾固泥进行地层稳定、止水等应急处理;通过在盾构机的小转弯半径施工中,可以利用盾固泥的注入来填充超挖部,确保超挖部形成,辅助盾构机转弯。
