The invention provides a high-dispersion viscosity-reducing mortar which is characterized in that the mortar is composed of a powder material and a liquid material, and the powder material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of Portland cement, 50-60 parts of sand, 10-20 parts of silica fume powder and 10-20 parts of slag; the liquid material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 1-3 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 5-10 parts of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 8-10 parts of a dispersed viscosity-reducing water reducing agent and 30-40 parts of water. Compared with the existing phosphate group, the phosphate group in the prepared unsaturated phosphate has higher adsorption capacity, and is continuously hydrolyzed to release carboxyl in the cement hydration process, the prepared phosphate group has good dispersion effect on the cement, and can effectively reduce the internal friction force among the cement particles so as to produce the good viscosity reduction effect; and the prepared phosphate group can react with the cement hydration product so as to slow down the hydration speed and prolong the cement hydration induction period and thus the effect of improving the dispersion retention is realized.
一种高分散降粘型砂浆,其特征在于:所述砂浆由粉料和液料组成,粉料按照质量份计的以下配料:20‑30份硅酸盐水泥、50‑60份砂、10‑20份硅灰粉,10‑20份矿渣,液料按照质量份计的以下配料:1‑3份羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、5‑10份丁苯乳液、8‑10份分散降粘型减水剂、30‑40份水,本发明制备的不饱和磷酸酯中的磷酸基团相比现有的磷酸基团具有更强的吸附能力,在水泥水化过程中不断的水解释放出羧基,对水泥具有更好的分散作用,可以有效减小水泥颗粒间的内摩擦力,从而产生更好的降粘效果,本发明制备的磷酸基团则会与水泥水化产物反应,减缓水化速度,延长水泥水化诱导期,从而起到提高分散保持性的作用。
