The invention discloses a rammer compactor for environment-friendly building construction. The rammer compactor comprises moving wheels, wherein a frame is mounted at the tops of the moving wheels; a supporting frame is slidably mounted inside the frame; first screws are mounted on two sides of the end, positioned inside the frame, of the supporting frame; the first screws penetrate the frame to extend to the outside; a first locking nut is mounted on the surface of an extending section in a threaded manner; two mounting plates are symmetrically mounted on the inner side wall of the supporting frame; and second screws are mounted on opposite sides of the mounting plates, penetrate the supporting frame and extend to the outside. A motor drives a driving gear and a driven gear to rotate, a chain drives a first pressing block and a second pressing block to compact a foundation, the rammer compactor solves the problem that common equipment is low in efficiency due to the fact that the common equipment only has a single station, the first pressing block and the second pressing block are in seamless butt joint by controlling the speed of pushing the frame in the compacting process, and construction efficiency is greatly improved.
