The anti-freezing clean source separation toilet comprises an excrement collection module, an excrement-urine separation module and a fermentation module. The excrement collection module comprises a toilet stool, an excrement and urine storage bin and a feeding pipe which are arranged in sequence. The fermentation module comprises a primary fermentation tank, a sewage pipe connected with the primary fermentation tank, a liquid storage tank and a residue storage tank which are sequentially connected with the sewage pipe, a manure residue pipe which is lower than the sewage pipe and is connected with the liquid storage tank, a low-temperature microbial agent box arranged above the liquid storage tank and the residue storage tank, and a feeding pipe arranged on the low-temperature microbial agent box. According to the invention, the treatment effect of feces is ensured through low-temperature microbial enhanced fermentation, and an odorless environment inside and outside a toilet room is maintained by using a method of combining negative-pressure air draft and biological deodorization; and excrement-urine source separation is carried out based on siphon effect, separated urine can be processed into a plant leaf fertilizer, and dry matters can be used as an organic fertilizer, so resource utilization is realized.
