The invention discloses an automatic rain and sewage diversion device for buildings. The diversion device comprises a pipe body; the top end of the pipe body is a water inlet used for being connected to a building vertical pipe; the side of an upper portion of the pipe body is provided with a rainwater outlet used for being connected to a community rainwater pipe network; the bottom end of the pipe body is provided with a sewage outlet used for being connected to a community sewage pipe network; and a buoy and a plug that are connected to each other are arranged in the pipe body. A guide frame, an annular cone base and a supporting frame are successively arranged below the rainwater outlet in the inner wall of the pipe body; the buoy is vertically arranged in the guide frame in a matched mode; and the plug is in a hollow circular truncated cone shape, and an overflow hole is formed in the upper portion of the plug. When the buoy floats upwards, the lower portion of the plug can be driven to be attached to the annular cone base to block the sewage outlet, and only the overflow hole is reserved for overflowing. The diversion device can automatically adjust drainage direction and flow according to rainfall, can be additionally arranged at the tail end of a confluence pipeline to perform rainwater and sewage diversion. Therefore, the diversion device is simple and convenient to transform, low in cost, free of external driving, simple in structure and convenient to maintain.
本发明公开了一种建筑雨污自动分流装置,包括管体,管体的顶端为用于与建筑立管连接的进水口、上部侧方设有用于与小区雨水管网连接的雨水出口、底端为用于与小区污水管网连接的污水出口、内部设有相连的浮筒和堵头,管体内壁上雨水出口下方依次设有导向架、环锥座和支撑架,浮筒竖向配合在导向架内,堵头为中空圆台状且上部设有溢流孔,浮筒不上浮时堵头支撑在支撑架上,浮筒上浮时能带动堵头下部与环锥座贴合将污水出口封堵并只留溢流孔溢流。该装置能够根据雨量自动调节排水去向和流量,增设在合流管道末端即可进行雨污分流,改造简单、方便、成本低,无需外部驱动,结构简单、检修方便。
