Initial rainwater control device
The invention provides an initial rainwater control device. A plunger and a water tank are arranged in a sewage control box; the plunger is connected with a floating block arranged in the sewage box through a pulley block and a pull rope; at the initial stage of rainfall, most rainwater enters an upper connecting pipe, and a small part of rainwater falls into the water tank, flows into the sewage box through a second connecting pipe and is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe; the floating block in the sewage box is not subjected to buoyancy, the weight of the floating block enables the pull rope to slide towards the side where the floating block is located, the plunger ascends, the rainwater control box is sealed, and rainwater is accumulated in the upper connecting pipe and the water tank; when the water level in the upper connecting pipe reaches the position communicated with a first connecting pipe, rainwater in the middle and later periods enters the sewage box from the first connecting pipe, and the rainwater in the sewage box is continuously gathered to enable the floating block to float; and under the action of buoyancy, the pull rope slides towards one side of the plunger, the plunger descends, the upper connecting pipe and a lower connecting pipe of the rainwater control box are communicated, and the rainwater in the middle and later periods flows into a municipal rainwater pipe main pipeline through the lower connecting pipe. The device can abandon initial rainwater at the initial stage of rainfall, relieves the pressure of a sewage treatment plant and is suitable for application and popularization.
一种初期雨水控制装置,通过在污水控制箱内设置柱塞和水槽,将柱塞通过滑轮组与设置于污水箱内的浮块通过拉绳连接,降雨初期,大部分雨水进入上接管,小部分雨水跌入水槽,通过连接管二流入污水箱,排放进入市政污水管;污水箱内的浮块不受浮力,其重量使拉绳向浮块所在侧滑动,柱塞上升,雨水控制箱密封,雨水积聚在上接管及水槽内,当上接管内水位到达与连接管一连通处,中后期雨水从连接管一进入污水箱,随污水箱内的雨水不断汇入使浮块浮起,在浮力作用下,拉绳向柱塞一侧滑动,柱塞下行,雨水控制箱上接管和下接管连通,中后期雨水通过下接管流入市政雨水管主管路。该装置能在降雨初期对初期雨水弃流,缓解污水处理厂的压力,适宜推广应用。
