The invention discloses a truss connection fabricated lightweight exterior wall. The lightweight exterior wall is formed by splicing a plurality of lightweight exterior wall enclosure plates, and each lightweight exterior wall enclosure plate comprises an outer acanthus, an inner acanthus and a heat preservation layer. A vertical grouting female groove is formed in the outer acanthus and the inner acanthus; and the vertical grouting female groove between the adjacent lightweight exterior wall enclosure plates form grouting channels penetrating up and down. The grouting channels are densely filled with bonding slurry; every two adjacent lightweight exterior wall enclosure plates are bonded through the bonding slurry; the upper ends and the lower ends of the lightweight exterior wall enclosure plates are connected to a main building body structure through connecting pieces; and a steel bar truss is arranged in the vertical grouting female groove, the upper end and the lower end of the steel bar truss are connected to the main building body structure through embedded steel bar glue, and the steel bar truss is wrapped in the bonding slurry in the vertical grouting female groove. The lightweight exterior wall is simple in structure, high in construction efficiency, strong in wind pressure resistance, and good in fire resistance. Therefore, the problem that cracks are likely to be generated at the abutted seam of existing inner and outer wall enclosure plates is solved.
