The invention relates to a special-shaped ceiling formed by combining triangular grating splicing units and a mounting method. The special-shaped ceiling comprises a ceiling main body structure, a plurality of triangular grating splicing units and hanging devices, wherein the ceiling main body structure comprises a plurality of main beams which are transversely arranged at intervals, a plurality of inclined auxiliary beams which are arranged at intervals to form a special shape, and a plurality of ceiling main keels which are arranged in parallel at intervals; each triangular grating splicing unit comprises a polygonal unit formed by splicing a plurality of triangular grating plates with the same specification; each hanging device comprises a connecting steel plate, a left inserting steel plate, a right inserting steel plate, a transverse bolt and a plurality of fastening screws which are welded to the lower portion of the corresponding ceiling main keel; and a plurality of hanging devices are arranged on the triangular grating splicing units, and sealing splicing is achieved after the adjacent triangular grating splicing units are hung. After the structure and the method are adopted, the multi-curve special-shaped surface splicing forming can be realized, and the obtained special-shaped ceiling has the characteristics of distinct gradation, strong stereoscopic impression, novel structure, light and handy material and simple appearance.
本发明涉及三角格栅拼接单元组合而成的异形天花及安装方法。它包括有天花主体结构和若干个三角格栅拼接单元以及吊挂装置，天花主体结构包括有：若干道横向间隔设置的主梁、若干道间隔形成异形状的倾斜副梁、若干根平行间隔设置天花主龙骨；三角格栅拼接单元包括有：由多块同规格的三角格栅板拼接而成的多边形单元；吊挂装置包括有：焊接在天花主龙骨下方的连接钢板、左侧插接钢板、右侧插接钢板、横向螺栓、和若干紧固螺钉；三角格栅拼接单元上设置若干个吊挂装置，相邻三角格栅拼接单元吊挂后实现密封拼接。采用上述结构和方法后，本发明具备能实现多曲异性面拼装成型、层次分明、立体感强、结构新颖、质材轻巧、外观简洁的特点。
