The invention discloses a screw-in type back bolt and a panel mounting method thereof. The screw-in type back bolt comprises a limiting screw rod and a back bolt sleeve, wherein one end of the back bolt sleeve is used for screwing in of the limiting screw rod, the other end of the back bolt sleeve is provided with an expansion part used for opening the limiting screw rod, the end, used for making contact with an anchor bolt hole, of the expansion part is sequentially provided with a first conical surface and a second conical surface in a stepped mode, the first conical surface is used for being clamped in the anchor bolt hole, and the second conical surface is used for making the back bolt sleeve not make contact with the side wall of the anchor bolt hole. By arranging the first conical surface and the second conical surface on the anchor bolt sleeve, a gap is reserved between the back bolt sleeve and the side wall of the anchor bolt hole while the back bolt sleeve is connected with the anchor bolt hole in a clamped mode, it is guaranteed that an adhesive smoothly enters the gap, and therefore the connection strength of the back bolt sleeve and the anchor bolt hole is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种旋入式背栓及其面板安装方法,包括限位螺杆和背栓套,所述背栓套一端用于所述限位螺杆旋入,另外一端安装有用于所述限位螺杆撑开的膨胀部,所述膨胀部用于接触锚栓孔的一端呈台阶式依次设置第一锥面和第二锥面,所述第一锥面用于卡接在锚栓孔内,所述第二锥面用于所述背栓套与锚栓孔侧壁不接触;本发明通过在锚栓套上设置第一锥面和第二锥面的方式,使得背栓套在与锚栓孔卡接的同时,使得背栓套与锚栓孔侧壁之间留有空隙,保证胶粘剂顺利进入到空隙中,从而增强背栓套与锚栓孔的连接强度。
