The invention relates to a cast-in-place concrete column, in particular to a cast-in-place concrete column heat preservation anti-freezing device which is convenient to install and good in fixing effect. The cast-in-place concrete column heat preservation anti-freezing device comprising a concrete column; split bolt holes are formed in the concrete column; an anti-freezing shell is arranged outside the concrete column; steel reinforcing rods are arranged in the split bolt holes; the steel reinforcing rods penetrate through the anti-freezing shell; external threads are formed on the parts, exposed out of the concrete column, of the steel reinforcing rods; nuts are arranged on the steel reinforcing rods; the nuts are next to the anti-freezing shell; an electric mattress is arranged outside the anti-freezing shell; an electric wire of the electric mattress is connected in series with the steel reinforcing rods and the nuts; and positive and negative electrodes of the electric wire of the electric mattress are connected with a storage battery. According to the invention, through cooperation of the nuts and the steel reinforcing rods, the anti-freezing shell is firmly installed and completely and tightly attached to the concrete column, and the anti-freezing and heat preservation effects are good; heat is generated in the concrete column through connection of the electric wire of the electric mattress and the steel reinforcing rods; and through wrapping of the electric mattress, the heat is prevented from being dissipated too fast, the heat preservation effect is good, and the heat preservation quality is guaranteed.
本发明涉及现浇混凝土柱,具体是一种安装方便、固定效果好的现浇混凝土柱保温防冻装置。包括混凝土柱,混凝土柱内部设置有对拉螺栓孔,混凝土柱的外侧设置有防冻壳,对拉螺栓孔的内部均设置有钢筋棍,钢筋棍穿过防冻壳,钢筋棍暴露在混凝土柱外侧的部分均设置有外螺纹,钢筋棍上均设置有螺母,螺母紧挨防冻壳,防冻壳的外侧设置有电褥子,电褥子的电线与钢筋棍、螺母串联,电褥子的电线的正负极连接有蓄电池。本发明通过螺母和钢筋棍的配合,使得防冻壳安装牢固且与混凝土柱完全密贴,防冻保温效果好,通过电褥子的电线与钢筋棍的连接,使得混凝土柱内部产生热量,通过电褥子的包裹,避免热量过快散发出去,保温效果好,保证保温质量。
