Prestressed reinforced concrete beam transforming and reinforcing method
The invention discloses a prestressed reinforced concrete beam transforming and reinforcing method. A main beam in the vertical direction is supported through jacks and steel pipe columns; floor slabs are supported through steel pipe; concrete surface strain gauges and laser range finders are erected; the steel pipe columns are upwards loaded and jacked through the jacks; the column heads of original reinforced concrete frame columns are heightened; newly-added beams are additionally arranged on the tops of prestressed beams; prestressed steel bars or prestressed steel strands in the prestressed beams are cut off one by one; concrete at the bottom of the prestressed beams are removed and reduced; new bottom surface prestressed steel bars of the prestressed beams are recovered; a new bottom surface is repaired; the prestressed beams are reinforced, so that the stress performance of the prestressed beams is recovered; and the jacks are unloaded, the steel pipe columns and the steel pipes are removed. According to the method, the problems that the overall floor height is small and the clearance does not meet the use requirement due to the fact that the sections of the prestressed beams are high can be solved, it can be ensured that the prestressed beams with the reduced height can have good bearing capacity and stable service life, and the requirements for the overall floor height use function and the building safety level are met.
