The invention relates to the technical field of construction waste treatment, and particularly discloses excited clay brick micro-powder, a preparation method thereof, a cementing material and a regenerated brick. The excited clay brick micro-powder comprises the following raw materials: construction waste clay brick micro-powder and an alcohol amine exciting agent in a weight ratio of 100: (0.01-0.06), wherein the alcohol amine exciting agent is selected from at least one of diethanolisopropanolamine and triisopropanolamine. The preparation method comprises the steps of crushing the construction waste clay bricks to obtain construction waste clay brick micro-powder; adding an alcohol amine exciting agent into the construction waste clay brick micro-powder, and mixing to obtain excited clay brick micro-powder; and taking the material as a cementing material and a raw material for the regenerated brick. According to the invention, the strength activity of the excited clay brick micro-powder is remarkably improved, and the quality of regenerated brick applying the activated clay brick micro-powder is greatly improved.
