The invention discloses a preparation method of a cement-based paraffin phase change energy storage material, which comprises the following steps: emulsifying paraffin, uniformly dispersing the emulsified paraffin with small particle size in water to prepare an oil-in-water emulsion with stable performance, diluting the emulsion, compounding the diluted emulsion with a cementing material, adding a water reducing agent to improve the flowability of the phase-change energy storage material, and packaging the phase change material through hydration hardening of the cementing material, so as to prepare the phase change energy storage material. The phase change material in the cement-based phase change energy storage material prepared by the invention is uniform in dispersion, excellent in mechanical and thermal properties, good in packaging effect and excellent in durability.
本发明公开了一种水泥基石蜡相变储能材料的制备方法,是将石蜡乳化,以微小粒径均匀分散于水中,制备出性能稳定的水包油乳液,将此乳液稀释后与胶凝材料复合,同时掺加减水剂以改善相变储能材料的流动性,通过胶凝材料的水化硬化实现对相变材料的封装,制成相变储能材料。本发明制得的水泥基相变储能材料中相变材料分散均匀,力学、热学性能优良,封装效果良好,耐久性优异。
