The invention relates to initial-stage saltpetering-resistant polymer cement waterproof mortar and a preparation method thereof. The initial-stage saltpetering-resistant polymer cement waterproof mortar comprises a liquid material and a powder material; wherein the liquid material is mainly prepared from pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion, water, a defoaming agent and a preservative; and the powder material is mainly prepared from ordinary cement, quartz sand, low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement, a powder reaction type alkali inhibitor and a water reducing agent. According to the invention, the defect of serious saltpetering of the existing mortar waterproof coating is overcome, the preferable pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion and low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement are adopted, the powder reaction type alkali inhibitor and other preferable component types and dosage proportions are matched, the mixing amount of the alkaline substances in the system is reduced from the source, the cement hydration rate can be accelerated, the film formation is rapid, the internally generated alkaline substances are decomposed so as to provide excellent initial alkali efflorescence resistance, high strength, excellent adhesion performance and rapid molding.
本发明涉及一种初期抗泛碱聚合物水泥防水砂浆及其制备方法,包含以下的液料和粉料:所述液料主要由纯丙烯酸乳液、苯乙烯‑丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、水、消泡剂以及防腐剂制备而成;所述粉料主要由普通水泥、石英砂、低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥、粉体反应型抑碱剂以及减水剂制备而成。该发明克服了现有砂浆防水涂料存在的泛碱严重的缺点,通过采用优选的纯丙烯酸乳液、苯乙烯‑丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液以及低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥,并搭配粉体反应型抑碱剂以及其他优选组分种类和用量比例,不仅从源头上降低体系碱性物质掺量,而且能加快水泥水化速率,快速成膜,另外其分解了内部生成的碱性物质,使得初期抗泛碱效果优异,且强度高、粘接性能优异、成型快。
