The invention discloses a road surface cleaning garbage truck which comprises a truck body, the truck body is provided with a truck frame, a handlebar, a seat, a garbage can and wheels, the handlebar is installed at the front end of the truck frame, the garbage can is installed at the rear end of the truck frame, the wheels are installed at the bottom of the truck frame, and the seat is installed on the truck frame on the front portion of the garbage can; a dust collection unit which is provided with a dust collector, a dust collection hose and a dust collection head; an adjusting unit which is used for adjusting the dust collection range of the dust collection head; wherein the air outlet end of the dust collector is communicated with the inner cavity of the garbage can; the air inlet end of the dust collector is communicated with the dust collection head through a dust collection hose; and the dust collection head is arranged below the seat. The road surface cleaning garbage truck has the advantages that a disc brush sweeping mode is replaced with an airflow dust collection mode, the dust raising problem caused during operation is avoided, and large-size ground garbage such as leaves, cigarette ends and paper scraps can be cleaned; and the adjusting unit enables the cleaning device to have a larger cleaning range, so that the operation width is greatly increased, and the operation efficiency is improved.
