The invention relates to the technical field of precast pile construction, and discloses a slurry absorption pile planting method. The slurry absorption pile planting method comprises the following steps that S1, drilling is carried out according to a set depth, and slurry in a hole is discharged into a slurry area; S2, quantitative slurry, cement, fly ash and bentonite are extracted according to constraint conditions and mixed into pasty slurry; S3, the pasty slurry is injected into a pile hole drilled in the step S1 through a drill rod of a drilling machine; and S4, precast piles are placed in the pile holes, and pile planting is completed. Through constraint conditions, slurry, cement, fly ash and bentonite can be mixed and stirred to form pasty slurry needed by pile forming, the pasty slurry is poured to form the pile, waste slurry is recycled, meanwhile, use of water, cement, fly ash and bentonite is reduced, energy is saved, and environmental protection is achieved; and only a conventional drilling and filling drilling machine and a crane are used in a construction site, and the problems that traditional pile planting needs large equipment, the occupied area is large and consumed electric energy is large are solved.
本发明涉及预制桩施工技术领域,公开了一种泥浆消纳植桩方法,包括如下步骤:S1:按照设定深度钻孔,将孔内泥浆排入泥浆区;S2:按照约束条件抽取定量泥浆、水泥、粉煤灰、膨润土混合成膏状浆液;S3:将膏状浆液通过钻机钻杆注入步骤S1钻成的桩孔内;S4:在桩孔内放入预制桩完成植桩;通过约束条件,能将泥浆、水泥、粉煤灰、膨润土混合搅拌后组成成桩需要的膏状浆液,浇灌成桩,循环利用废弃的泥浆同时,减少水、水泥、粉煤灰、膨润土使用,节约能源且环保;施工现场只利用常规钻孔灌注钻机及吊车,避免了传统植桩需要大型设备、占地面积大、消耗电能多问题。
