Underwater guide frame construction process
The invention provides an underwater guide frame construction process. The process comprises the following steps that 1, an underwater guide frame is put to an exact position; 2, a sling of a crane is connected to the lower portion of a pile pipe; 3, a flat mouth hook driven by a winch is hooked to the pipe wall of the open end of the bottom of the pile pipe; 4, after the pile pipe is horizontally arranged on an overturning plate, the winch is matched with the overturning plate and the crane to overturn the pile pipe; 5, the pile pipe is downwards inserted into a guide sleeve of the underwater guide frame through the crane, and then a lifting hook on the sling is lifted after being separated from a lifting lug on the inner wall of the pile pipe; and 6, the step 4 and the step 5 are repeated until all the pile pipes are inserted into the corresponding guide sleeves. According to the underwater guide frame construction process, the inner lifting lug close to the bottom of the pile pipe is adopted, so that operation can be conveniently conducted by means of the seawater depth in the overturning process of the pile pipe, and construction does not need to be conducted by increasing the height of the crane.
