The invention discloses a novel photovoltaic daylighting skylight. The novel photovoltaic daylighting skylight comprises an outer ring, a supporting frame, a solar storage plate, a rotating assembly and an illuminating lamp; the outer ring is of a circular structure, the inner wall of the outer ring is formed by splicing a plurality of daylighting flat plates, the supporting frame is arranged in the outer ring, and a plurality of pieces of flat glass are laid on the supporting frame; the rotating assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the outer ring, and the rotating assembly is connected to a back face of the solar storage plate; the illuminating lamp is arranged below the solar storage plate; and the rotating assembly is controlled by a remote controller to rotate up and down. According to the novel photovoltaic daylighting skylight, the indoor daylighting rate is guaranteed through light rays refracted by the daylighting flat plates with good refractivity as much as possible in the daytime, redundant solar energy stored in the daytime is converted into light energy through the solar storage plate at night or in cloudy days, the angle can be rotated, indoor illumination is provided, the daylighting performance is good, operation is convenient, sound insulation and heat preservation are achieved, the waterproof performance is good, and energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
