The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a steel structure parking building construction method based on BIM (Building Information Modeling). The steel structure parking building construction method comprises the following steps of (A) acquiring a design drawing and construction environment data, and generating a parking building BIM model by using BIM software; (B) deepening the parking building BIM model so as to obtain a parking building deepening model; (C) performing collision check on the parking building deepening model, and generating a construction optimization scheme; (D) performing modular splitting on the parking building BIM model, enabling the split BIM model to correspond to a construction foundation, and dividing the construction foundation into at least two construction areas; and (E) performing modular splitting on the parking building BIM model so as to obtain a plurality of prefabricated part modules, generating a prefabricated part module drawing, and machining prefabricated parts according to the drawing. The steel structure parking building construction method aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, when a parking building is designed through conventional design and is constructed according to the design drawing, many sudden problems and risks can occur, therefore, the construction efficiency is reduced, and the construction period is prolonged.
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,尤其涉及基于BIM的钢结构停车楼施工方法。包括如下步骤:A:获取设计图纸以及施工环境数据,利用BIM软件生成停车楼BIM模型;B:对停车楼BIM模型进行深化处理,得到停车楼深化模型;C:对停车楼深化模型进行碰撞检查,并生成施工优化方案;D:对停车楼BIM模型进行模块化拆分,将拆分的BIM模型对应至施工地基上,将施工地基划分为至少两个施工区域;E:对停车楼BIM模型的模块化拆分,得到若干个预制件模块,并生成预制件模块图纸,并根据图纸进行预制件加工。本技术方案用以解决现有技术中通过常规设计对停车楼进行设计,且按照设计图纸进行施工时,会出现较多突发的问题和风险,从而造成施工效率降低,施工周期变长的问题。
