The invention relates to the technical field of porcelain, and discloses a novel marbling porcelain. The novel marbling porcelain is prepared by the following production steps of: S1, raw material preparing: preparing raw slime, calcined kaolin, carbon fibers, a rare earth mixture, iron powder, quartz, bentonite, sulfate and zinc oxide at certain proportions according to an ingredient table; S2, pulping: fully grinding the raw materials in the step S1, adding a certain amount of purified water, and mixing; S3, mold manufacturing: manufacturing a mold according to the product appearance requirement, and taking gypsum as a raw material of the mold in the mold manufacturing process; S3, molding and pouring: pouring the blank primary pulp in the step S2 into the mold in the step S3, waiting for 10-18 hours to mold the blank, and then performing demolding treatment; and S4, blank glazing: glazing the blank in the step S3. The novel marbling porcelain is simple in production method, high in strength, small in brittleness, not prone to fragmentation and pure in color.
本发明涉及瓷器技术领域，且公开了新型大理石花纹瓷器，包括以下生产步骤：S1：配料原料备料：按照配料表进行准备一定比例量的原矿泥、煅烧高岭土、碳纤维、稀土混合物、铁粉、石英、膨润土、硫酸盐和氧化锌；S2：制浆：将S1步骤中的原料进行充分研磨然后加入一定量的纯净水进行混合；S3：模具制作：根据产品外形需求进行模具制作，在模具的制作过程中，模具原料为石膏；S3：成型灌注：将S2步骤中的胚体原浆灌注到S3步骤中的模具内，然后等待10‑18小时，使得胚体成型，然后进行脱模处理；S4：胚体上釉：对S3步骤中的胚体进行上釉加工。该新型大理石花纹瓷器，生产的方法简单、强度高、脆性小、不容易碎裂和颜色纯正。
