The invention discloses a factory-customized anchor cable and a construction method thereof. The anchor cable is cut and customized according to the length of a design scheme drawing, and the surfaces of a sleeve and a steel strand at the tail of the anchor cable are provided with a forming code which is at least used for reflecting the length specification. After drilling is completed on the basis of the conventional construction process of the anchor cable, the anchor cable with the length specification corresponding to the drilling depth is selected, the head of the anchor cable is inserted into a hole from an opening of the hole to reach the bottom of the hole, the forming code at the tail of the anchor cable is exposed out of the opening, the anchor cable is installed through grouting, curing waiting and tensioning, and the embedded depth is checked through the forming code at the tail. According to the anchor cable and the construction method thereof, the forming code is customized through factory computer programming, and an accurate and readable length mark is given to each anchor cable finished product, so that any way of counterfeit marking means on site can be avoided, checking work and supplementary tensioning work can be carried out on the cured and formed anchor cable, and the possibility is provided for designers to know real materials and optimize the design.
