The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the strength of a to-be-constructed position is surveyed, and supporting construction is carried out when the strength of a lower rock stratum is not smaller than the strength of moderately-weathered limestone; and S2, composite foundation pit supporting is carried out at the to-be-constructed position, the composite foundation pit supporting comprises a foot lifting pile, a foot locking beam and a steel pipe column, or the composite foundation pit supporting comprises the foot lifting pile, the foot locking beam and a soil nailing wall. According to the construction method of the deep foundation pit support based on the upper-soft lower-hard rock stratum, the construction efficiency and the construction quality are greatly improved, the construction cost is obviously reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
