The invention relates to a construction method of a large-span special-shaped curved surface concrete dome structure, which comprises the following steps: providing a bottom template matched with the design shape of the dome structure, and supporting the bottom template at the top of a wall body corresponding to the design position of the dome structure; annular vertical reinforcing meshes with different sizes are provided, the multiple vertical reinforcing meshes are sequentially and vertically arranged on the bottom formwork at intervals in a nested mode, and an annular pouring area is formed between every two adjacent vertical reinforcing meshes; and concrete is poured into the annular pouring areas in sequence from outside to inside, and therefore the dome structure is constructed and completed. The problem that excessive concrete flows to the bottom of the bottom formwork due to one-time pouring can be avoided, the concrete can be vibrated more sufficiently by only arranging the bottom formwork, and the forming quality of the concrete is ensured.
本发明涉及一种大跨度异型曲面混凝土穹顶结构的施工方法,包括:提供适配于穹顶结构的设计造型的底模板,将底模板对应穹顶结构的设计位置支设于墙体的顶部;提供呈环型状且尺寸不同的竖向钢筋网,将若干个竖向钢筋网依次相间隔且嵌套地立设于底模板之上,且相邻的两个竖向钢筋网之间形成有呈环状的浇筑区域;由外向内依次的向呈环状的浇筑区域内浇筑混凝土,从而施工完成穹顶结构。本申请能避免过多的混凝土一次性浇筑而引起混凝土流到底模板底部的问题,只设置底模板便于对混凝土更充分的振捣,确保混凝土的成型质量。
