The damping floor comprises a floor body, wherein the floor body is made of a plastic-wood composite material, a row of through holes are formed in the middle of the floor body at equal intervals, the through holes penetrate through the front end face and the rear end face of the floor body, the middle of one side of the floor body is integrally connected with an outwards-protruding mounting body, and a mounting groove matched with the mounting body is formed in the middle of the other side of the floor body; spring grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the mounting body, the bottoms of the spring grooves are fixedly connected with first springs, the outer sides of the first springs are connected with clamping plates, the ends, away from the floor body, of the clamping plates are hinged to the mounting body, and clamping grooves matched with the clamping plates are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the mounting groove; a buffer layer and a cushion layer are sequentially fixed below the floor body, buffer grooves are formed in the lower surface of the buffer layer in an array mode, second springs are arranged in the buffer grooves, the upper ends of the second springs are fixedly connected with the buffer grooves, and the lower ends of the second springs abut against the cushion layer; and a solid wood floor layer is fixed above the floor body, and a transparent wear-resistant layer is arranged above the solid wood floor layer.
