The invention discloses a fabricated wall with a window frame and a construction method thereof. The fabricated wall with the window frame comprises a concrete wall body and the window frame arranged in the concrete wall body; the window frame comprises a fixing frame with the C-shaped section and a positioning frame used for being connected with a window in a positioned mode, and the fixing frame is connected with the positioning frame; and a waterproof layer is arranged in the fixing frame and comprises geotechnical cloth, a waterproof coiled material used for making contact with the fixing frame and waterproof paint used for making contact with the concrete wall body, and the two faces of the geotechnical cloth make contact with the waterproof coiled material and the waterproof paint correspondingly. The waterproof layer is arranged in the fixing frame, then the concrete wall body is poured, thus overall uniformity of the waterproof layer is ensured, the waterproof effect is good, and the hidden danger of leakage at the joint of the window and the wall body is reduced.
