Rapid pipeline encapsulating method
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a rapid pipeline encapsulating method. The rapid pipeline encapsulating method comprises the following steps of calculating the specification and size of a required main encapsulating part according to the encapsulating requirement, wherein the main encapsulating part comprises an arch structure and extending platforms which are arranged on both sides of the arch structure; manufacturing an arch-shaped steel reinforcement framework according to the specification and size of the main encapsulating part; placing the arch-shaped steel reinforcement framework in a pouring formwork, and pouring concrete; taking out the concrete after the concrete is solidified, and mounting an insulating cotton layer on the inner side of the main encapsulating part; and laying a fine sand cushion layer first, placing a pipeline on the fine sand cushion layer, then buckling the main encapsulating part with the insulating cotton layer above the pipeline, and backfilling soil on the outer side of the main encapsulating part. The method conforms to the fabricated building thought which is vigorously promoted by the country, and rapid pipeline encapsulation can be achieved; the main encapsulating part can avoid the problems that a pipeline is easy to deviate and float upwards during pouring in the encapsulating process; and later maintenance is convenient.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,特别是涉及一种管道快速包封方法,包括如下步骤:根据包封需求计算所需主包封件的规格尺寸,主包封件包括拱形结构和设置于拱形结构的两侧的延伸平台;根据主包封件的规格尺寸制作出拱形钢筋骨架;将拱形钢筋骨架置于浇筑模板内,进行混凝土浇筑;待混凝土凝固后取出,在主包封件的内侧安装保温棉层;先铺设细沙垫层,将管道放置在细沙垫层上,然后将带有保温棉层的主包封件扣在管道上方,在主包封件的外侧回填土;本方法符合国家大力推行的装配式建筑思想,能够实现管道的快速包封;主包封件能够避免包封过程中浇筑时管道容易发生偏移、上浮等问题;后期维修更加方便。
