Truss sliding leveling device and construction method
The invention discloses a truss slipping leveling device and a construction method. The slipping leveling device comprises slipping rails, leveling assemblies and sliding shoes, wherein the multiple slipping rails are arranged side by side, the sliding rails are fixed to the top of a mounting beam, the leveling assemblies are distributed at intervals in the extending direction of the sliding rails, each leveling assembly comprises a deviation rectifying part, the cambered surface of each deviation rectifying part faces the sliding rails, positioning bodies are connected to the bottom of a supporting frame and located between the sliding rails and the deviation rectifying parts, and crawling driving assemblies are used for driving the sliding shoes to move along the sliding rails; and according to the construction method, the sliding leveling device is adopted for construction. According to the sliding leveling device, the positioning bodies are limited by the sliding rails and the deviation rectifying parts, the offset in the direction perpendicular to the sliding direction is reduced, the cambered surfaces of the deviation rectifying parts enable the positioning bodies to slide into the positions between the sliding rails and the deviation rectifying parts conveniently, the cambered surfaces can rectify the offset of the positioning bodies, therefore the offset of the truss in the sliding process is reduced, and the sliding precision of the truss and the sliding construction efficiency of the truss are improved.
本发明公开了一种桁架滑移调平装置及施工方法,滑移调平装置包括滑移轨道、调平组件与滑靴,多个滑移轨道并排设置,滑轨固定于安装梁的顶部,调平组件沿滑轨的延伸方向间隔分布,调平组件包括纠偏件,纠偏件的弧面朝向滑轨设置,定位体连接于支撑架的底部,定位体位于滑轨与纠偏件之间,爬行驱动组件用于驱动滑靴沿滑轨移动;施工方法采用上述滑移调平装置进行施工。本发明中,定位体受滑轨与纠偏件的限位,减小垂直于滑移方向上的偏移量,纠偏件的弧面便于定位体滑入滑轨与纠偏件之间,并且弧面能够纠正定位体的偏移,从而减小桁架滑移过程中的偏移量,提高桁架的滑移精度以及桁架的滑移施工效率。
