The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a prestressed concrete pressure pipe and the prestressed concrete pressure pipe. A water supply and drainage prestressed high-strength concrete pressure pipe is produced by adopting a pre-tensioning process and centrifugal forming of a centrifugal machine, firstly, an isolating agent is sprayed on the inner wall of a steel mold, and a reinforcement cage is placed; then RPC concrete is poured into a lower steel mold, an upper steel mold is closed, and a prestressed reinforcement is tensioned to a specified value; the steel mold and a prestressed pile in the steel mold are operated together according to a centrifugal process to achieve centrifugal molding of internal concrete; steam curing is conducted on the steel mold and the concrete pressure pipe formed in the steel mold, and tension is released after the demolding strength is reached, so that the prestressed concrete pressure pipe is obtained; and the prestressed concrete pressure pipe is maintained under the high-temperature and high-pressure condition. RPC concrete is adopted, the strength and toughness of the RPC concrete are equal to those of steel, and the pressure bearing capacity is large. Compared with an existing cast iron pipe and an existing steel cylinder concrete pipe, the process is simple, the quality is stable, the controllability of the whole production process is high, and the production efficiency is high.
本申请公开了一种预应力混凝土压力管的制造方法及该预应力混凝土压力管,通过采用先张法工艺,离心机离心成型,生产的给排水预应力高强度混凝土压力管道,首先在钢模的内壁喷涂隔离剂,放置钢筋笼;之后在下钢模内浇筑RPC混凝土,合上上钢模,将预应力钢筋张拉至规定值;将钢模及其内部的预应力桩一起按离心工艺操作达到内部混凝土离心成型;对钢模及其内部成型的混凝土压力管进行蒸汽养护,达到脱模强度后放张,得到预应力混凝土压力管;将预应力混凝土压力管置于高温高压的条件下进行养护。采用RPC混凝土,其强度和韧性等同钢材,承压大。与现有的铸铁管和钢筒混凝土管相比,工艺简单,质量稳定,整个生产过程可控性高、生产效率高。
