Ultrahigh-toughness concrete and curing method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses ultrahigh-toughness concrete and a curing method thereof. The ultrahigh-toughness concrete comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of aggregate, 20-30 parts of cement, 10-15 parts of a toughening agent, 80-100 parts of water and 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, wherein the toughening agent comprises fibers, the fibers are matrix fibers coated with a hydrophilic agent, and the hydrophilic agent comprises water dispersible acrylic resin. The curing method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing concrete; and S2, curing the concrete. The concrete provided by the invention can be used in the fields of bridges, roads, house buildings and the like, and has the advantages of high toughness, high impact strength, difficult generation of cracks and long service life.
