Material-saving autoclaved aerated concrete block
The invention discloses a material-saving autoclaved aerated concrete block. The block is prepared from, by mass, 70 to 80 parts of granite stone powder, 65 to 70 parts of silt, 32 to 38 parts of lime, 40 to 48 parts of cement, 0.2 to 0.3 part of aluminum powder, 0.25 part of gypsum and 120 to 140 parts of water. The raw materials are crushed, weighed, stirred, injected into a mold and subjected to standing, demolding and and autoclaved curing. The block is in a long strip shape and comprises embedded protrusions, grooves, reinforcing steel bar embedding grooves and square holes, the embedded protrusions and the grooves are arranged on the two sides of the building block, and the embedded protrusions and the grooves are semicircular and connected at intervals to form a wave shape. A steel bar embedding groove is formed in the top of the block, and the section of the steel bar embedding groove is semicircular, so that the brickwork and a concrete member are convenient to tie. The front and rear side surfaces of the block are appearance surfaces to ensure flatness. According to the invention, sufficient structural strength is ensured while the material consumption is reduced, and the product quality is improved.
