Cement-based composite alkali-activated cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses a cement-based composite alkali-activated cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The cement-based composite alkali-activated cementing material comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of an exciting agent, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-10 parts of a stabilizer and 20-30 parts of water, wherein the exciting agent comprises sodium hydroxide and water glass, and the mass ratio of the sodium hydroxide to the water glass is 1: (0.5-2). The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, stirring and mixing sodium hydroxide, lithium slag and silica gel to prepare an alkali mixture; and S2, mixing and stirring cement, water, a water reducing agent and water glass in the formula and the alkali mixture in the step S1 to prepare a mixed material, and carrying out temperature treatment to obtain the cementing material. The cementing material can be used in the fields of civil engineering, road construction and the like, and has the advantage of uniform and stable strength.
