The invention relates to a quick positioning device for main reinforcing steel bars of a cable bent tower. The quick positioning device comprises a main beam and a plurality of toothed plates mounted on the main beam and used for positioning the main reinforcing steel bars of the cable bent tower. The toothed plates can slide left and right along the main beam so as to adjust the distance between the main reinforcing steel bars; limiting plates are installed on the toothed plates, can longitudinally slide along the toothed plates and are used for adjusting the positions of main reinforcing steel bars on the outer layer of the cable bent tower, and therefore the thickness of a reinforcement protection layer is adjusted. The distance between the main reinforcing steel bars can be flexibly adjusted, and quick and accurate positioning of the main reinforcing steel bars of the cable bent tower is achieved.
