The invention discloses a bridge deck concrete pavement layer dismantling construction method. The method comprises the following steps: forming a force relief groove in a bridge deck of a to-be-dismantled bridge deck concrete pavement layer, and arranging a plurality of parting lines, wherein the parting lines extend from one end to the other end of the bridge deck in the width direction; forming splitting holes along the parting lines, wherein a plurality of splitting holes are formed in the same parting line; after the cleavage holes are formed, cutting the bridge surface along the dividing line, so that the single cleavage hole is equally divided into two parts; placing electric hydraulic jacks in the splitting holes close to the force relief grooves in the width direction, and starting all the electric hydraulic jacks at the same time to conduct synchronous jacking; and repeating the operation until the bridge deck concrete pavement layer is removed. The method has the beneficial effects that: large mechanical equipment is not used, static force is mainly adopted in the demolition process, the top of a bridge cannot be damaged, and the requirement for safe and civilized construction is met.
本发明公开了一种桥面混凝土铺装层拆除施工方法,包括以下步骤:在待拆除桥面混凝土铺装层的桥面上开设泄力槽、设置分割线,分割线由桥面宽度方向的一端延伸至另一端,分割线的数量为若干个;沿分割线开设劈裂孔,位于同一条分割线上的劈裂孔的数量为若干个;待劈裂孔开设完毕,沿分割线切割桥面,使单一的劈裂孔均分为两部分;在邻近宽度方向上泄力槽的劈裂孔中均放入电动液压千斤顶,所有电动液压千斤顶同时启动进行同步顶进;重复上述操作直至桥面混凝土铺装层拆除完成。本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述的桥面混凝土铺装层拆除施工方法,不使用大型机械设备,拆除过程主要采用静力为主,不会对桥梁梁顶造成破坏,达到安全文明施工的要求。
