The invention relates to an ultra-deep water soil coring construction process. The ultra-deep water soil coring construction process comprises the following steps that (1) a site is leveled, and a steel plate is laid; (2) a hydraulic guide hole drilling machine is mounted; (3) a steel sleeve is mounted, measured and straightened, and after the hydraulic guide hole drilling machine is in place, the steel sleeve is mounted, measured and straightened; (4) the steel sleeve is drilled to a designated depth through the hydraulic guide hole drilling machine; (5) the orifice of the steel sleeve is fixed, and the hydraulic guide hole drilling machine is moved away; (6) guide hole coring equipment is mounted, and guide holes are constructed; (7) after coring is completed, the guide hole coring equipment is moved away; (8) the steel sleeve is taken out, after the guide hole coring equipment is moved away, the hydraulic guide hole drilling machine is located at a hole opening, and the steel sleeve is taken out through a hydraulic device; and (9) pile hole backfilling and grouting are conducted, and after the steel sleeve is taken out, backfilling and grouting are conducted in a hole. According to the ultra-deep water soil coring construction process, the vertical precision can be effectively improved for coring of a deep soil body; and secondly, the hydraulic guide hole drilling machine and the guide hole coring equipment can work separately and independently, so that the time can be effectively saved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种超深水泥土取芯施工工艺,其步骤是:1)平整场地,铺设钢板;2)液压引孔钻机安装;3)安装钢套管并测量调直,液压引孔钻机就位后,安装钢套管,并测量调直;4)液压引孔钻机将钢套管钻至指定深度;5)钢套管孔口固定,移走液压引孔钻机;6)引孔取芯设备安装及引孔施工;7)取芯完毕后,引孔取芯设备移开;8)取出钢套管,引孔取芯设备移开后,液压引孔钻机就位于孔口,通过液压装置取出钢套管;9)桩孔回填、注浆,钢套管取出后,对孔内进行回填、注浆。本发明针对深层土体取芯可以有效提高垂直精度;其次,液压引孔钻机与引孔取芯设备可以分开独立作业,能有效地节省时间,提高施工的效率和节约成本。
