The invention discloses a construction method of a prestressed pipe pile reinforcing system on soft soil. The prestressed pipe pile reinforcing system comprises a building brick slag layer located on a soft soil layer, a hydraulic pile hammering machine installed on the building brick slag layer, a bottom plate cushion layer located above the building brick slag layer and prestressed pipe piles penetrating into the building brick slag layer and the soft soil layer. A bearing platform is connected to the tops of the prestressed pipe piles. Through overexcavation of the soft soil layer and treatment of a water body, targeted treatment on the soft soil foundation is facilitated, through overexcavation and replacement of the building brick slag, the requirement for the bearing capacity of the foundation is met, and the requirement for the bearing capacity of pipe pile construction is guaranteed; through the application of the building brick slag layer, on the basis of ensuring the construction elevation of the cushion layer, the moisture of the soft soil layer can be further treated; the building brick slag layer facilitates on-site material taking, and materials are saved; and through construction of the prestressed pipe piles, the construction process is precisely controlled, the pile forming quality is guaranteed, and soft soil can be further reinforced.
