The invention relates to a freezer for freezing an artificial stratum. The freezer comprises a freezing pipe, a flow guide pipe and a heat conducting medium, wherein the freezing pipe is hollow inside, the bottom of the freezing pipe is in a closed state, and a connecting port is formed in the top of the freezing pipe; the flow guide pipe is inserted into the freezing pipe from the connecting port, the bottom of the flow guide pipe is arranged close to the bottom of the freezing pipe, an inflow channel and an outflow channel which are consistent with the flow guide pipe in arrangement direction are formed in the flow guide pipe, the inflow channel communicates with the outflow channel, and a liquid inlet communicating with the inflow channel and a liquid outlet communicating with the outflow channel are formed in the top of the flow guide pipe; and the freezing pipe is filled with the heat conducting medium, and the flow guide pipe is wrapped with the heat conducting medium. According to the freezer, the problem that in the prior art, when a freezer is horizontally driven into a soil body, the soil body on the upper side of the freezing pipe and the soil body on the lower side of the freezing pipe are prone to being frozen unevenly is solved.
