The static pressure construction method comprises the following steps that step (1), measuring and marking are carried out, the installation position of the PHC pipe pile is positioned according to a design drawing, an auxiliary circle is drawn on a soil foundation by taking the center of the design installation position of the PHC pipe pile as a circle point, and the radius of the auxiliary circle is consistent with that of the PHC pipe pile; (2), one or more auxiliary holes are drilled outside the auxiliary circle, the total volume of all the auxiliary holes is 8%-12% of the volume of the PHC pipe pile, the depth of each auxiliary hole is 98%-102% of the press-in depth of the PHC pipe pile, and the minimum distance between each auxiliary hole and the auxiliary circle is 98%-102% of the diameter of the auxiliary circle; (3), the PHC pipe piles are subjected to static pressure at the auxiliary circles; and (4), cement mortar is injected into the auxiliary holes and maintained for 28 d or above. The method has the advantage that the influence on the surrounding soil environment is reduced.
