An expanded-head reinforcement cage with a grouting pipe comprises a main reinforcement, two or more circular rings or circular plates sleeving the main reinforcement, two or more groups of ribs corresponding to the circular rings in number and a group of vertical ribs, at least one circular ring or circular plate is fixed or limited, other circular rings or circular plates can freely slide on the main reinforcement, and the circular rings or circular plates are distributed on the main reinforcement; when the circular rings or the circular plates are distributed on the two circular rings or the circular plates on the main reinforcing steel bar, the first ends of the first group of ribs are movably connected with the first circular ring or the first circular plate, and the first ends of the second group of ribs are movably connected with the second circular ring or the second circular plate; the number of each group of ribs is equal to that of the vertical ribs, and a release device for pushing the circular ring or the annular plate to slide is arranged; the grouting pipe is installed on the inner ring of the vertical rib and located on one side of the central anchor rod body, and an inlet of the grouting pipe is located above the expanded head reinforcement cage.
