Prefabricated mixed recycled aggregate concrete composite wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of recycled concrete and composite wallboards, provides a prefabricated mixed recycled aggregate concrete composite wallboard and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to an energy-saving, heat-insulating and load-bearing integrated recycled concrete composite wallboard which can be applied to low-rise and multi-rise buildings. The main components of coarse aggregate used by mixed recycled aggregate concrete are natural coarse aggregate, concrete recycled coarse aggregate and broken brick recycled coarse aggregate, wherein the replacement rate of the recycled coarse aggregate is at least 50%. The wallboard is formed by integrally connecting an inner wallboard, an EPS insulation board and an outer wallboard through GFRP connecting parts. A bottom connection mode adopts a sleeve grouting mode, and formwork embedded parts are pre-arranged on the side faces of the wallboards, so that exposed steel bars on the top and the two sides and beam columns are poured into a whole. The technical requirement for integration of energy conservation, heat preservation and load bearing is met, and the purpose that building heat preservation and the structure have the same service life is achieved. The prefabricated mixed recycled aggregate concrete composite wallboard has the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, cost saving, heat insulation and the like, responds to the development policy of prefabricated buildings, and conforms to a concept of green development of the current society.
本发明提出了一种装配式混合型再生骨料混凝土复合墙板及其制备方法,属于再生混凝土和复合墙板领域。具体是一种节能保温承重一体化的再生混凝土复合墙板,可应用于低层、多层建筑。混合型再生骨料混凝土所用粗骨料主要成分为天然粗骨料、混凝土再生粗骨料、碎砖再生粗骨料,其中再生粗骨料取代率至少50%。该类型墙板由内叶墙板、EPS保温板及外叶墙板三者之间通过GFRP连接件连接成一体。底部连接方式采用套筒灌浆的方式连接,在墙板侧面预设支模埋件,使顶部和两侧外露钢筋与梁柱浇筑为一个整体。达到了节能保温承重一体化的技术要求,实现了建筑保温与结构同寿命的目的。具有节能环保、节约成本及保温隔热等优点,响应了装配式建筑发展政策,并且符合当今社会绿色发展的理念。
