The invention discloses a movable three-dimensional house base which comprises a house base body and at least one apartment located on the house base body, at least one unit house is arranged on each apartment, a connecting part is arranged between the corresponding unit houses on every two adjacent apartments, and two courtyards are formed in each connecting part through a partition wall. The house base comprises a transition base and a base which are arranged up and down, supporting columns are arranged between the transition base and the base, at least one groove is formed in each of the two sides of the bottom face of the base, rolling wheels are arranged in the grooves, a double-shaft motor for driving the rolling wheels to rotate is arranged on the bottom face of the base, and folding and unfolding grooves corresponding to the grooves in position are formed in the lower end of the transition base. A motor is slidably arranged in the storage groove, a screw in threaded connection with the base is arranged at the output end of the motor, and one end of the screw penetrates through the groove and is rotationally provided with a supporting plate. Compared with the prior art, the movable house has the advantages that the movable house can be moved and lifted, and meanwhile, each unit house is provided with an independent courtyard, so that the movable house can better meet the requirements of contemporary people for residences.
