Energy-saving and environment-friendly hollow glass and production process thereof
The invention discloses energy-saving and environment-friendly hollow glass and a production process thereof, and relates to the field of glass products. The production process comprises the following steps of: scrubbing plate glass with a sodium hydroxide solution and a hydrochloric acid solution, then washing the plate glass with clear water, and drying the plate glass to obtain glass substrates; coating the surface of one side of each glass substrate with a heat-insulating coating in a scraping manner, then placing the glass substrates in a vacuum drying oven, drying the glass substrates, and curing the glass substrates to form heat-insulating coatings; and mounting the two glass substrates in an aluminum alloy frame, coating the aluminum alloy frame with a sealant to seal a position where the aluminum alloy frame is connected with the glass substrates, and after the sealant is cured completely, obtaining the energy-saving and environment-friendly hollow glass. By the energy-saving and environment-friendly hollow glass, the heat-insulating coating on one side is positioned outdoors, radiation of solar energy can be stopped obviously, sunlight heat is stopped from being transmitted to an indoor environment under the condition that light transmittance is guaranteed, the heat-insulating coating on the other side is positioned indoors, indoor heat is stopped from being transmitted to an outdoor environment, energy consumption of an air conditioner for controlling the room temperature is reduced, and effects of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
本发明公开了一种节能环保型中空玻璃及其生产工艺,涉及玻璃制品领域,该生产工艺,通过将平板玻璃用氢氧化钠溶液与盐酸溶液擦洗,之后使用清水洗净,烘干,得到玻璃基底,将隔热涂料刮涂于玻璃基底一侧表面,之后置于真空干燥箱中干燥,固化形成隔热涂层,将两块玻璃基底安装在铝合金框架中,涂上密封胶将铝合金框架、玻璃基底连接处密封,待密封胶完全固化后,得到该节能环保型中空玻璃;通过使用该节能环保型中空玻璃,其中一侧的隔热涂层位于室外,能够明显阻挡太阳能的辐射,在保证透光率的情况下阻隔太阳光热量向室内传递,另一侧的隔热涂层位于室内,阻挡室内热量向室外传递,降低空调控制室温的能耗,达到节能环保的效果。
